Wonderful PA provider!
Jeremy is friendly and asks right away how I'm doing. He is very supportive regarding my concerns with any dermatologic issues I may have. He is a great listener which allows me to explain each issue in detail so the best diagnosis and treatment can be provided. He explains, in detail, what he thinks is causing my issues and what type of treatment plans are available. Also, he advocates for me if a prescription is not allowed via my insurance by sending a Prior Authorization Form stating the reason(s) that I need to have that particular medication.
