Excellent PA
Excellent! This was my first visit to Wellnow and was seen by Jeremiah who was super knowledgeable and Explained to me exactly how to treat my condition and prescribed a new medication for me to try which I am super happy about and confident that he will fix this condition. He made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what to do for me.

I am an old patient of Jeremiah. Posting in an attempt to offset the 1 star review. We will miss Jeremiah as he recently moved. In my experience he is awesome. He talks knowlegably, openly, and answers all questions. He is a special kind of PA in the best way. Cannot recommend enough.

Saw this provider at Wellnow in Glens Falls where he is now located. He chastised me, insulted me, called me a vulgar name, accused me of trying to get disability fraudulently, and was totally unprofessional. I was only there from a Return to Work note. I will never return there.

I see him for psych and GI issues mostly. He always answers my questions and doesn't act like he's about to rush out the door. He has a great bedside manner that makes me comfortable so I can talk about other problems. He's willing to help find both short and long term solutions to health problems which is great when life gets hectic and then when I can finally dedicate more time to a permanent health solution.

Jeremiah is a great PA. I always try to see him when I go to the practice. He is thorough, compassionate, smart, professional, and has always diagnosed me quickly and accurately. He is also a nice guy who listens to patient concerns.
