Jenny Vest, APRN

She listens and cares about the patient. I never feel rushed when I am there. I absolutely trust her.

I have been seeing Jenny as a NP for 2 years now. She has always been polite and professional. She takes time to listen to my concerns and does not makes me feel as if she is rushed while in the room with me. Ms. Vest is thorough and takes her job as a medical provider seriously. Office staff are always great at flexible scheduling and calling back results.

I arrived late, greeted by a snippy receptionist who made it a point to mention the need to arrive on time. I hate being late. I'm usually early. Med assist was great, but when Vest entered she said, "I want to see you and don't mean to rush, but I'm behind schedule by 30 minutes." I thought to myself she has an attitude. I responded, "I'm not feeling well and understand the importance of being on time as my mom was a nurse." She said, "I'm not a nurse, I'm a nurse practitioner, a big difference." I said, "I don't need to be told over again when I'm not feeling well." She said "I don't need to be talked to like that" and said "we are done here' and I said, "yes we are." Then one of them laughed as I walked out. Thank Jesus Christ at almost 60 yrs old I just finished a life-changing book on hidden abuse. I might seem toxic on the surface (I'm not feeling well and not acting my 'normal' self), but she is toxic under the surface. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this woman!

Phenomenal. This DNP is a cut above the norm.
