bad but let's do some amoxicillin anyways'I was pretty shocked she wasn't going to at least swab for strep or even covid. Why just throw out antibiotics without proof this could be bacterial but ok. So I proceeded to tell her that amoxicillin doesn't work for my daughter, as she can see from last visits. And that the medication that's worked has been something that starts with a K but I couldn't remember the name.She said, 'oh clyndamycin' and I corrected her and said 'no, it starts with a K, not a C' She seemed upset at that point but I was just trying to help by giving past history so my kid doesn't take unnecessary antibiotics. And then she says well this isn't even strep and I said, how do you know because you aren't even testing it. At this point she just started being really childish and acting like I was the Dr and asking what tests and medication she should give my daughter. It was a very odd experience to have with a so called professional who's in charge of helping people.
