Jennifer Young, PA-C

She has helped me to catch my cancer on time and helped me through very difficult times. Without her going out of her way to help I would’ve probably not made it to the emergency room in time.

Physician Young is a no nonsense, thorough, and competent physician. My wife chose her as her primary care physician after a good friend of mine highly recommended her. I attended my wife's first appointment with her and found Ms Young to be very thorough and to the point. But what most impressed me was her post visit write-up which was very detailed and made specific follow up recommendations. She also scheduled my wife's follow up specialist appointments. As I am now looking for a primary care physician for myself, I just looked her up and see she is now longer working for Palomar. What ashamed. Not sure if she is on leave but I hope she returns soon!

Jennifer Young, helped me with all my covid recovery doctor visits after I left the hospital. As my primary care doctor she's been amazing.

She is not a womens women. I suffered my whole postpartum with pain while trying to recover. She ignored my pelvic organ prolapses and said she didn’t see anything..? Grade 3 csytocele and grade 3 rectocele. She dismissed all my complaints and told me it’s because I need to lose weight and that “yah being a mom hurts sometimes” … Um NO - I’m actually hypermobile and I’m in the process of diagnosing the exact EDS mutation I have. She wrote off all my pain and chalked it up to postpartum anxiety and medication seeking when actually I have a genetic disorder! There is no way I could trust her again. She stereotyped me from the beginning.

I have been a patient of Jennifer Young for over 5 years now. I do not hesitate to discuss anything with her and I feel like she is a very active listener. Prior to responding she thinks through all the issues and offers recommendations on how to handle each different situation. She is a partner in my health care that is very important to me. I would not want any other primary care physician. And, if I have to call and leave a message either her nurse or Jennifer Young herself will respond to me very quickly. I find their customer care service excellent

My daughter had her initial appointment with PA Jennifer Young. She was very thorough, she understood the symptoms and asked many questions that other doctors did not. She treated us with such respect and empathy without judgement. She was very knowledgeable and had several solutions to treat my daughters symptoms. It was the FIRST positive physician visit that my daughter has EVER had. After the appointment, my daughter said she will no longer fear going to the doctor as long as PA Jennifer Young is her attending. Thank you ARCH for such a wonderful and long over due experience!!!

She’s very thorough whenever I visit. She explains everything and follows up. You can feel that’s she’s really concerned. I always feel comfortable telling her everything that I need to tell her, no hesitation.

Incredibly condescending and arrogant physician. I would not recommend her at all.
