She doesn't care lack of compassion and always takes forever refilling my meds and doesn't care if I miss a dose which is terrible. I use to see Dr Druck the best she was caring and really listened to you but she left and I had to see Jennifer

she ignored my side effects --> more than doubled my dose because she chalked it up to untreated mental health symptoms --> now the side effects (body jerks and swiveling neck) have gotten so bad that I accidentally poured hot water on my hand because I couldn't keep the kettle over the teapot. When I told her, she said I never said that. So I told her to please remember that telehealth appointments are recorded and saved. Today, she took me off 2 of my 3 meds with no taper. I called a pharmacist for a second opinion and they said I shouldn't do that because my heart could stop. She said if I did that, I should go the the ER for monitoring. I'm not someone to ask to speak to the manager but I am asking her boss to watch our appointments because there's a lot of stuff she does that is defined as medical gaslighting and not treating my several conditions. I have had ARFID my whole life and because of that --> I have a lot of trouble gaining weight. She has laughed on numerous occasions because I can only assume she doesn't view my problem as a problem.

Contrary to other reviews, I have had a great experience with Jennifer. She listened carefully and compassionately and is willing to partner with me to treat my medical issues. She is knowledgeable and up-to-date with the latest research and medications. One of the best interactions I've had with a psychiatric professional.

Lacks any and all compassion. Has the professionalism and engagement of a Walmart cashier.

Condescending, unprofessional and dismissive.
