Didn't offer any useful advice because she didn't bother learning my history or listening to what symptoms I was actually experiencing, she just jumped to a bunch of baseless conclusions. Ignored my individual circumstances and pushed a set program that was completely irrelevant to my needs. Communicated with me like I was incapable of understanding basic information and wasted my time with condescending tips that felt like they were designed for a child. One of the most demeaning experiences of my life.
