I met Jennifer at her Southborough location and she was kind, understanding, and non judgmental for my ED condition and also answered my questions for Testosterone therapy and vasectomy. Highly recommend her to anyone.

Waste of time

Uncaring and a total waste of time. Either she was unknowledgeable or uncaring and unwilling to help. Very poor bedside manner. Not sure if this is the entire department or just the one representing it. Both patient and caregiver left in disbelief

I feel as if I’ve been misdiagnosed and overall don’t feel that the multiple visits I’ve had helped my condition in the least. When explaining my condition, I don’t think she understood and she jumped to conclusions. Her diagnosis did not match my symptoms. She has made me lose confidence in thinking my condition will improve.

I have worked with Jennifer over the last eight months in relation to several kidney stones. Because of COVID and other issues, a surgery I needed was delayed - but I needed to schedule it quickly because of insurance issues - not always possible, but she made it happen. She's a lovely, kind person, highly professional, and does everything she can to help the patient.
