She didn’t discuss the fees with me upfront (which is $225 per session btw and she doesn’t accept insurance) and we didn’t sign any agreement before the first session. She was late for almost 30 mins for the first session as well (and didn’t tell me she would be late). She didn’t provide any constructive suggestions during the first session as well. Also she took notes on a legal pad during the session (why not use a laptop which is much secure?). I didn’t feel like I got anything out of the session. She sent me an agreement for me to sign AFTER the session where I found out she changes $225 per session which is ridiculous based on the services she provided). All she wants is money and she doesn’t care about her clients at all. Please stay away from her at all cost. You are better off going with other therapists who are more passionate about their clients and are more qualified to be a therapist.

She has been my daughters' counselor for years. Jennifer is a very understanding and patient person. Her DBT approach to teen problems is very effective. She also works with the family to reach optimal success with her therapies. I would truly recommend her to anyone, especially to teens.
