Jennifer Trudeau-Brown, ATR

Jennifer was the worst therapist I have ever had. I experienced severe depression/anxiety and when I told her about my suicidal thoughts the first thing she said to me was "I could lose my license because of you" and other unprofessional comments (numerous times). No support, no techniques on how to steer away from that mindset whatsoever and she was always late to appointments. I was forced to have a family session when I clearly wasn't ready to (and I said this to her numerous times) so it was a waste of money because my family and I sat in silence. During sessions, she made me color as if that was what I was paying for. I can color in my own time, and I wasn't paying for art therapy. I was willing to put the effort in to get better but she just wasn't the right person at all to help me. I was eventually able to find a new therapist and when I told her the stuff Jennifer would say she was baffled. Thankfully I have found the help that I needed but Jennifer didn't contribute to my growth at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
