1 star because ZERO stars isn't an option. After 3yrs of counseling, she tells me (and I quote) "I don't have a stamp and I can't be bothered to get one". This was in response to my attempting to obtain a billing history from her after she told there was a $25 discrepancy with her book keeper. Cash payment discrepancy, I might add. Then, she offered to "leave it (documents) in the lobby for me to pick up". When I pointed out the lobby isn't secure and that's confidential information, I received a very litigious sounding letter (her husband's a lawyer) stating "it appears the counselor- patent relationship has been compromised and she can refer me to...". Lol. Yeah. Exactly. She couldn't make a 50cent investment in assisting me to clarify a perceived billing discrepancy, but she certainly had no trouble finding postage to mail a letter covering her poor judgment of leaving my confidential information in a public forum. Very, very disappointing.

Jennifer saved my life. I was suffering from major depression, working through what I thought to be insurmountable issues and unable to make progress in resolution. I came to see Jennifer and we quickly got a grip on the issues and were able to make progress. Jennifer does not practice a singular modality, she chooses from several to tailor the counseling to best fit her visitor's needs. This makes her an excellent counselor.
