I highly recommend Jennifer. She always listens carefully and is skilled at hearing where I am stuck and gently suggesting ways to challenge my negative thoughts. She continually surprises me with how many techniques she can suggest that prove to be helpful. Unlike the one negative reviewer here, I have never had the experience of her talking about herself, except very briefly to show empathy with my situation.

Jennifer is very supportive, open minded and non judge mental. She helps you identify your strengths and also how to navigate more difficult challenges. Being a therapist myself, it’s hard to find a good fit and she offers EMDR and mindfulness activities that enhance our work together. I know I can discuss anything. And she will have an open mind and heart.

I have been seeing Jenny for the past few years, and have gained so much from our sessions together. She has a calm presence, and makes her clients feel understood and validated. When I speak with her, I know that she is actively engaged in what I am discussing, and that she genuinely cares about problem solving with me. I have experienced EMDR sessions with Jenny, which were very beneficial in understanding how I relate to people and situations. Jenny has been extremely helpful to me as I've progressed these past few years, and I highly recommend her.

Jenny is a very professional and skilled therapist whom I find extremely easy to open up to. She is warm and genuine, and quite skilled at helping me develop insight into my self defeating thoughts. I engaged in EMDR with her which initially seemed quite foreign but her soothing guidance throughout made this a pleasant and helpful whole body experience of release. Her office is spacious, bright and welcoming. I would and do highly recommend Jenny.
