Quick and easy to be seen with little fuss. When Jenny first saw me she immediately started asking key questions to uncover what the root problem was and offered relief then and there. I had been struggling and miserable for months and she solved it right away!

I came in to have a med check for my acne. Very simple and smooth appointment. Jenny is wonderful and kind and attentive.

All staff were friendly and efficient. Jennifer was extremely attentive and actually listened to what I was saying.

Appointment was for my elderly mom who uses a walker for getting around. Elevator was not working in the building. Office located on 2nd floor. Jennifer and her assistant were able to come down to the first floor and were able to look at a rash and prescribe medication, thus avoiding needing to reschedule appointment.Thank you to Jennifer, her assistant, and reception staff.

Jennifer is an excellent dermatology professional. She is always so genuine, relatable and professional, with an impressive depth of knowledge. My entire family has seen her for years. She thoroughly explains the problem and the treatment options, and makes you feel comfortable.

I now have a new insurance carrier with a high co-pay amount ($120 per specialist visit). In addition, the insurance carrier told me that I am financially responsible for paying for any procedures that would be performed at my dermatology appt. When I told this to Jennifer, she graciously told me of my most affordable Rx option being the use of a topical cream (fluorouracil) to treat my precancerous facial regions versus having liquid nitrogen Rx. In order for her to let me know whether or not I should continue using this cream past a 2 week duration, Jennifer offered to look at photographs of my face (that I could send to her following 2 weeks of Rx) to determine this, versus having me return to the office for a recheck visit that would cost me another $120. I really appreciate Jennifer offering me Rx options, and kindly offering to do my brief reassessment via email photos. I trust Jennifer’s assessment of all of my skin conditions through and through.
