Jen is the absolute kindest person you will ever meet. She loves her job and her clients and it shows at every appointment. She stays up to date on new information and is very flexible about trying multiple methods to find out what fits you best. If you’re nervous about seeing someone or have ever had a bad experience in therapy- call and make the appointment. You’ll be glad you did. She’s compassionate and non-judgmental and ultimately only wants to help people feel their best. I absolutely love her (in a non-weird way) and can’t say enough great things about her. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, lonely, whatever, jen will help you feel like you have someone in your corner with you. :)
Not only is jen awesome, everyone at Bowdens is great! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you with whatever you need. If you’re on the fence, quit debating and make the call.
