Dr. Jennifer Sampang, MSN

She is a terrible person and shouldn’t have any type of medical license. Stay away from this woman.

I've been seeing Jennifer off and on for 15 years. She is extremely compassionate, a great listener, and does not rush through my appointment. I have recommended her to numerous people and all of them have said the same thing. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Sampang is wonderful - I've been a patient for years, and she is consistently kind and supportive. I would recommend her to anyone.

Great mental health professional, been a satisfied patient for 13-14 years. She is excellent with the meds, knows a great deal, and answers every question thoroughly. She routinely asks how things are going in my general life as well. We have great rapport. I haven't a clue why these persons say what they do. She has helped me through several very hard depressions. You just need to cooperate, and respect her. Why is that too much to ask? I recommend her. Drugs can't do it all.

She was my provider for several years. All was well until I dared question her judgement. She talked down to me as you would scold a child and triggered a PTSD flashback. Last visit with her I was totally honest about how I felt. She got very angry and bragged about how many satisfied patients she had and that I was the only one that complained. She then opened the door for me to leave after 10 minutes into the visit. then I was retaliated against by being barred from the facility. Beware of her

She is the worst doctor I have ever had to see in my entire life. She IS rude impatient and I would even say mean, not to mention, a liar. I only seen her a total of three times and my third time was my last. She yelled at me how she hasn't seen any changes or improvement and how I just need to cope! She seemed relieved and pleasant once I said I will look for a new dr. After she pretty much made me feel like she hated me. Then cut me off my meds after this month before I could find a new psych

At first, I was very happy with her. However, after several months, my medicine stopped working and my depression worsened. Instead of listening to me and switching my Rx she upped my dosage to 20x typical (and it still wasn't working). Her staff blocked my attempts to switch to another St.E doc and it has taken me a year to find a doc outside of St.E's NKY healthcare monopoly. New doc immediately changed Rx and got me back on track. She kept me miserable for 2 years on meds that didn't work.

She was quick impatient and rude and showed no empathy. Even got snippy for asking a question about the medication she wanted me to try. I don't like her. At least, not yet. That was my first impression. I hope I can find a real psychiatrist before I have to see her again
