I wanted to switch to Jennifer after my primary MD decided to retire on-duty. She took very good care of a family member, but unfortunately, I was not shown the same compassion. After ordering labs that she knew my insurance would not cover, I spent weeks trying to get the results. Her response: I mailed them. Over six months later, I still haven't got them. Now, I must reschedule for another procedure and she refuses to refill some life-saving medication that I must have. I strongly urge you to go elsewhere.

Jennifer is the best healthcare provider I have ever had! She cares, but she is Honest. If you are looking for someone to just encourage you to not take responsibility for your health, she is not the one for you. She takes extra time to talk to me and make sure I'm okay. I have been through a lot with her!!

Saw Jennifer for the first and only time when my primary doctor was unavailable. Went in for general follow up as required due to medication regimen. I feel Jennifer spoke down to me and met my previous diagnosis with disapproval/condemnation.Very dissatisfied with my experience, i.e., the lack of empathy, being spoken to with no respect and having my health issues be met with contempt. I would not recommend her.

Very similar experience as other 1 star review. I would not recommend her as a provider if you have a history of mental health conditions. I felt like she constantly tried to blame my issues on anxiety and never tried to help me. She just kept sending me to specialists and running lab work instead of listening and giving advice.

Had seen Jennifer several times. Went in for follow up appointment following a mental health crisis, with concerns around hormones/thyroid. Jennifer spoke down to me, disagreed with the psychiatrist’s decision to take me off medication, and told me she would not look into any physical health concerns since depression was “an on-going issue” with me. Instead, she recommended I start taking medication again. Very disappointed in the lack of empathy, being spoken to with no respect and having my health concerns being dismissed. I do NOT recommend her.

Jennifer has been my PCP for the past five years and I have been very pleased with the care she has given me. She has seen me for a variety of reasons and has efficiently treated me for each of them. I find her to be knowledgeable, thorough, caring and warm.
