Nurse Jennifer is a gentle, caring person & a great listener. She is thorough & organized in keeping records about the medications I am prescribed each time I have an appointment with her. If I have questions, she answers them clearly, & she never speaks down to me. I’ve been seeing her every two or three months for many years to have my medications re-evaluated & to obtain prescriptions and okays for refills, & I can think of only two times when she wasn’t sure what I needed and left briefly to consult my psychiatrist. I appreciate that she’s careful (and humble), & that she won’t prescribe a medication unless she’s 100 percent positive she’s making the right choice for me. Be sure when you make appointments with her to make them several days before your prescriptions are to run out. Some prescriptions have to be wired to the pharmacy, and that can take two days, plus the pharmacy may not have the medication available & will need to order it, & you’ll have to wait for it to come in.
