Misdiagnosed me. Staff rude
Was threatened by her staff I would loose my insurance when I had experienced a syncope incident which caused me to fall and fracture my c2 vertebrae . I had a “mini stroke” eg transient ischemic attack. Staff was projecting, most from Hispanic backgrounds , that I had fallen due to intoxication, which was not a factor. That’s what their family members had fallen from. How do I know? They say so. I was misdiagnosed . Ms Robert’s did not question me about the circumstances of the fall or my symptoms prior to or after the fall. Ms. Robert’s is not being supervised by a professional licensed medical doctor as they are mandated. Do not use this person as your provider.
