Dr. Jennifer Read, ND

Dr. Jennifer Read is amazing! She was the first of many doctors to give me relief from my symptoms. I highly recommend becoming her patient due to her care for and ability to connect to her patients. It is obvious that she is doing this profession for the patients! Dr. Read makes every experience one that is relaxing and gives you results.

I've been seeing Dr. Read at Dynamic Natural Medicine since the beginning of the year. She runs full diagnostic checks including the full thyroid panel in my case. Most Dr's. won't do this. It revealed a problem with my med dosage my other doctor had not seen. We adjusted it and then ran it again a few months later and found it needed another adjustment. Then my old med was no longer in production! She and the team were on top of it like no other. They took care everything and made sure I got what I needed promptly. And even had another blood panel done a couple of weeks later to make sure the new med was working for me. I've never received care like this in the many years I've been dealing with thyroid problems. The admin and Charm system makes sure all the documentation and insurance is taken care of ahead of time, too. She's always prompt with writing up the visit summary and any prescriptions/recommendations. I'm actually getting better! Finally!

I scheduled an urgent appointment and it was telehealth. I was then told during the appointment there was no availability to get me in for what was urgent and needed to be treated ASAP. I was told in the conversation that my insurance would cover our visit and then when it came time to cover the payment, I was told it was not billable and charged $150 for a 20 minute phone call. I was confused and asked for a refund and was told it was not possible. When I called my insurance to clarify if that service was covered, they told me that it claim had been submitted. I was charged both cash out of pocket, and had my insurance billed.
