Paid in advance for 6 massages, she didn't fulfill
In March of 2020 I paid in advance for SIX massages. She provided ONE massage and then promptly closed up shop due to Covid. She promised on June 25 of 2020 she would send a reopening plan and NEVER DID THAT. I offered more than once to talk on the phone to discuss the matter, I gave her possible times to talk, she never answered that proposal. I sent numerous texts June 25 – September 17 with NO ANSWER from her, and to this day she refuses to engage with me in any way, shape, or form. I sent texts on June 25, July 30, August 1 & 3 & 5 & 17, and September 17 of 2020 and she never replied. I demanded a refund on the unused portion of what I paid, no response. She did respond when I contested the matter with Citibank Visa, and for some perverse reason they sided with her. I then served her with a summons for Small Claims, she never responded, and now I am filing for a default judgment. I hope once the License Board sees that they will revoke her license.
