Dr. Jen was extremely unprofessional. She Told us that no one would give my child therapy. What she meant to say is that we would not qualify for insurance to pay. What my child heard is that they are overreacting and don’t need therapy. She interrupted, used the wrong pronouns with my child and eventually hung up on us. This is a clinical, cold person who should not be in a helping profession.
