Dr. Jen.is an amazing Physician assistant. My experiences, with her, has been remarkable. She will listen to my concerns and answers my questions. She has never tried to rush me. I have a hard time communicating, and she is very patient with me. A couple of year's ago, I really felt a great respect for her. My Grandmother, had passed away. My appointment time was close to my appointment with the funeral home. I mentioned to the receptionist my concerns. Dr. Jen overheard my concerns and brought me right back to a room, so I didn't have to cancel my appointment. This made me realize, she seen me as a person and not a number. Thank you to all of the staff at NPIM, for helping me with my pain management.

i felt comfortable with her and she always took the time to answer all my questions. i've been to other pain practices and she's the best provider i've had

She has always had a great bed side manner and appears to truly want to help her patients. I think she's very smart and answers all my questions without making me feel stupid, or that she's too busy to give me the time. She's made sure to see me when I didn't have an appointment but was needing help.
