This was a zoom call due to Covid protocol even though I do not have covid. This is specifically about Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Morrell. She clearly does not understand her job as a medical provider. She abruptly cancelled my zoom appointment (2 minutes into the appt) after threatening me with her ability to write my prescription and I was taken aback by her misuse of authority. No cursing no name calling just another provider with the white coat syndrome.
