Do not recommend this nurse for mental health
Telehealth
This nurse is incable of compassion and empathy in any manner base on my experience with her. My wife reported that she has in the past has had suicidal thoughts, that she is reaching out to this woman to seek help in the interim until her upcoming psychiatric appointment. I understand needing to report anyone who uses the word suicide. What I do not understand is her cold demeanor towards my wife. When she heard those words she locked down and kept repeating she's calling the police. Which fine, say you have no choice but to contact the police BUT having no empathy? I'll never understand that. Someone comes to you for help and you robotically call the police and don't bother continuing a conversation? You don't try to ask why they're feeling that way? You don't try to help in any way? I wouldn't trust this woman with anything. Let alone someone's mental health.
