Jennifer was absolutely amazing!!! Jennifer was the NP for my mother who was on hospice. She was complaining about pain and discomfort and no one seemed able to help her until Jennifer came in to do her visit. She sat with my mother and I and talked about different things to do and medications to try. We followed her advice and within days my mother went from being bed bound and in pain to walking around and was even able to work in her garden again in the back yard. Jennifer made such a difference in her life and in mine, i could never thank her enough. if you have a loved one on hospice and no one seems to be able to help, reach out to her, she can make all the difference.
