Wait time is minimal, clerical staff is efficient and very patient oriented. Technical staff and other support staff superior. Ms. McLaughlin is an excellent practitioner who spends appropriate time with one, and always follows through.

She makes a doctors visit a pleasure.

I would strongly recommend using Mrs. McLaughin as a nurse practitioner along with Dr. Paul Heath as your cardiologist. Both are both very knowledgeable about heart issues. Both are good at explaining your heart issues in layman terms so that you have a better understanding of your condition.

I have been seeing Jennifer and Dr Heath for over 10 years.. She takes time with you, and is very personable and down to earth. .The whole staff there is fun and friendly which puts you at ease... I have actually recommended her to my sister in San Antonio who is disatisfied with the care she gets at.her doctors office.

Jennifer was very patient and fully explained the reason for my office visit, medications that I would be taking, and added a blood pressure medication. She listened to my questions and concerns and answered my questions in an easy to understand manner. She was very thorough and I am pleased that she is one of my providers. I would highly recommend her.

On Wednesday 10/18/17 I went to Spohn Shoreline ER with an irregular heartbeat. I was diagnosed with SVT (Supraventricular Tachycardia). The ER staff at Spohn reduced my heart rate from 161-83 bpm within minutes and was later released to follow up with Jennifer on Thursday. Jennifer found that my heart was in A-Fib and needed to be cardioverted asap. With the cooperation of their excellent staff & Dr Heath I was successfully cardioverted on Friday. I feel great! Dr Heath & Jennifer are the Best!
