Poor first impression

Telehealth

She popped on the screen and without a hello or introduction said “What do you need help with?” It was jarring at best and a terrible first impression in a therapeutic setting. I felt she did not want to be there since it was through an EAP program, which she explained the limitations of to me 3 times in a row. I called the provider of my EAP program to give feedback on my experience, so hopefully no others in my program will be matched with her.

Great Therapist

I have seen her for Trauma and EMDR. She made sure I was ready for EMDR before we started. Doing EMDR and work through my trauma has changed my life for the better.
