Horrible customer service! Disrespectful & dismissive!

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to see Jennifer! She is was rude, disrespectful, dismissive and I question her knowledge. She spent all of about 2 minutes with me. I have quite an extensive medical history and have worked in healthcare for over 25 years. That being said she misdiagnosed me as well.

My mother saw Jennifer and was treated very poorly not only by Jennifer but by the nurse rooming her. Anytime she would try to explain what was going on, my mother was cut off, dismissed and/or told that basically those other "symptoms" were not her problem and to follow up with her regular dr. Yes, urgent care doesn't treat every single thing but the delivery of her message could have been done a lot more respectfully and with a little once of empathy. Her because manner is definitely lacking.

Terrible bedside manner. By far the worst experience that I've had at an urgent care clinic. It's understandable that urgent care can't treat everything and that some things need a doctor referral, but delivery of that information could have been done with at least an ounce of compassion. Instead my pain was diminished and didn't matter because it wasn't immediately treatable.
