I was advised that they were supposed to call me by 4:00 PM today to assist and if for any reasons I didn't get a call, to give them a call. This all came from my OBGYN inclding the number. I was not able to get through. No one ever answered, no one ever called and there isn't an answering machine or dialer prompt either. How am I supposed to get assistance if I can't even get a hold of anyone? It's extremely disappointing as a first experience from a person that is supposed to be a referred new client with GD and over 6 months pregnant.

I had the MOST AMAZING experience with Jennifer. She goes above and beyond, and makes you feel SO comfortable, and normal, when you think everything is such chaos. I really feel we lucked out getting her as our gestational diabetes expert, she has been a Life Saver and Great Disabilities Coach! Highly recommend her!
