Horrific!! Couldn’t get my RX correct after three times for my GP contact lenses. Didn’t go back to even try to get my money back for the lenses. Insurance had paid for the exam. I wasn’t walking in that office again, ever! She’s no longer at Quail Springs Mall. I saw another optometrist was there about three months after I had been there! Good riddance! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Awful! As previously mentioned, office and Dr. Jensen very rude. I went back to clarify a prescription and was basically berated for even coming back. Dr. Jensen was very unprofessional and said she would refund me but to no avail. WORST EVER PS you have to leave a star thats why 1

This office is awful. They turned my daughter away saying she didn’t have insurance. She has insurance. We get 100% eye exams every benefit period through BCBS. But their staff was too ignorant to understand that. They didn’t even offer her private pay, they just turned her away. Dr Jensen learn that BCBS coverage doesn’t mean you are not getting your money. You just lost two customers and I’ll be filing formal complaints everywhere to warn as many people as I can. Worthless

Great doctor. I read the other reviews and almost did not go to my appointment but glad I did. She got my prescription spot on and got me out in a timely manner.

Excellent experience. Very professional and I felt the doctor took the right amount of time to get my prescription just right. No long wait time and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely rude and disrespectful. If you want to be told its not her or the glasses but its yourself that's the problem, then I don't know. I will never go back. Horrible eye doctor!!

Save your time and money! This place is a joke! Both times I've been the wait was at least an hour and prescription was wrong each time. No explanation, no apology as to why. The doctor is nice but the clinic as a whole is not professional. The waiting area is extremely small and cramped especially when waiting over an hour. I felt like the goal of the clinic was to get as many people in and out as possible leading to a rushed exam.

BE AWARE EVERYONE!!! The doctor and staff at Quail Springs Optical/Oklahoma are completely unprofessional. Please don't waist your time coming here. First visit, they had me waiting 40 to be checked in, only to be placed in a room to wait another 45 min. Had to come back in for a second visit, because Dr Jennifer Jensen screwed up on the prescription, and yes I had to wait another hour to be seen. Something just isn't right about this place. VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Myself and another family member had appointments with Dr Jensen. We waited almost 2 hours for DR Jensen to even show up to the office for our appointments. We were never offered an explanation, we were never given an apology........we will never go back to this office for anything! Don't know how she is still even in business. Do not waste your time with DR Jensen, go to someone who cares that you have an appointment with them.

This place is the absolute worst on customer service and on providing any info on items already bought and paid for. NEVER prepay for anything from this place apparently staffed by cowardly, lazy, inept, rude employees who cannot return a simple phone call and do not care whether they honor their responsibilities or not. If there was a way to leave negative stars I would. And I have never left a bad review on any place on the planet - but this place is so bad I felt it was necessary. Run.

This doctor does not care about anyone but herself. She sat in her office on the phone while we waited over an hour for her to see us. That is not customer service. I had a friend that was in the waiting room waiting and the doctor strolled in at 12:15 - her appointment was at 10:30. This doctor is TERRIBLE. Staff was nice enough, but our whole family will NOT be returning.
