Da lady was rude n' late every time. I’m a retiree n' veteran. I would have da first appoint at 0730 n' lady would be late. I also heard her say negative things 'bout otha patients.

Always late for my appointment with no explanation or apology. Never observed her was her hands and can be quite sarcastic.
