Jennifer Haugen, PA-C

Jennifer has been great! I've been in her care for several years now. She always takes time to listen to my concerns and addresses them to my satisfaction.

Very disappointed in her care. They cancelled my appointment while waiting on her to join our telemedicine call. She was already 10 minutes late. I work in healthcare so I know how this goes and that was not an appropriate way to cancel an appointment as I was already waiting for her to join.Every time Ive see her in office, she is running behind but once, I got there about 10 minutes past my appointment due to traffic (also waited in line as front desk staff was on the phone or talking to each other) and she refused to see me. I also even called the location while on my way to let them know the situation and they told me she would still see me. She did not.The times I have seen her in office, she is running behind usually a minimum of 15 minutes behind. I understand this happens but as patients we also expect providers to be on time especially when she refuses to see patients for being “late”.

Each time we've seen her, she has been wonderful with my daughter. We will continue seeing Dr. Haugen for my daughter's medical care. The office staff is also great!

NO EXCUSE for the level of unprofessional conduct displayed by this supposed medical professional. My daughter is a CANCER PATIENT. In and out of the hospital in the past two months with complications due to this. She was GRILLED by Haugen because she could not remember the names of alllll the doctors who saw her during a hospital stay. GRILLED because she was prescribed pain killers during cancer treatment. I am appalled! And I will be contacting an attorney to pursue legal action.

Dr. Jennifer Haugen is the absolute best! She explains everything so well and really hears out your concerns. I recommend her to everyone I've met who is looking for a primary care doctor!
