Made an appointment and walked in to sign in. They asked for my insurance verification and I gave it to them. I told them I had Medicare card but my other insurance was my primary since I am still working. They said they could not see me and would see me due to Medicare being my primary, which it is not. They need to learn the Medicare rules. Terrible place. They refused to see me.

For normal routine procedure and testing she filed the ring diagnosis code therefore creating a giant bill that insurance won't cover. This office including the manager Janet have been so difficult and refusing to help me. This is something that has always been covered by insurance but because they coded it incorrectly insurance will not pay. Nor will the office change the diagnosis code. They are the most incompetent people I've ever dealt with.
