Jennifer Fria, LPC

I am so shocked as to how I was treated by Jennifer Fria as a client. She was not clear about the fact that she would not take me back when she came back from maternity leave. She told me in our session before she began her leave on Feb 1st that she isn’t sure what day I can be seen when she comes back in June but she will make sure to fit everyone and then decided to completely blindside me. I was a client of Jen’s for 3 years not 1 week. She even texted me when I asked her to let me know when she returns to work confirming that she would let me know when she returns in June. She called me to tell me this the day of my friend’s funeral who passed away tragically in a car accident. I am not sure why as a therapist Jen would call me to tell me she won’t take me back after she knew I was at a funeral earlier that morning. It is clear that Jennifer Fria did not care about me genuinely as a client and I was just a number to her. She hurt me so much & I‘ll never have proper closure.
