Great provider!
I saw Jen NP previously in 2021 for a in person visit in the clinic. She was compassionate and very thorough with all the questions she asked me and she ended finding a blood clot in my leg and sent me to the emergency room immediately. I am very grateful to her for her care. I have seen her a few times for telehealth visits and she is still so thorough and wonderful. She gives me lots of encouragement that I can quit smoking and become healthier. I am very happy she is my provider!

Great provider!
I was new to this clinic and I was nervous about going to see a new provider. Jennifer was my provider and she was AMAZING! She was so patient with all of my questions and explained each medication to me. She included me in the decisions and made me feel supported and she had such a positive attitude. I am very happy to have her as part of my care team!
