Jennifer Elmore, RN

She was assigned as my primary provider although I'd been seeing a dr before. I then had a couple of cancellations from her and had to reschedule with someone in another office twice. She seemed distant and uncomfortable when relaying information to me. Doctors I have met with have talked to me about my condition with lots of expertise and warmth, providing opportunities for me to understand and ask more questions. Meeting with her, I often wonder if something was missed- or if I made her uncomfortable. She does answer questions I have, but seems uncertain. Provides me with the basic information. She was never rude. At times I have felt frustrated with the office because I never asked to have her as my primary provider. It seems every time they reschedule me it is outside of the office. I feel jostled about.

I originally contacted Nortons obgyn in November, Jennifer tested me for several conditions just to never discuss any of the results with me (some results that were actually pretty important to be discussed). She also was assigned to be my doctor but I’ve only seen her twice. Now I just get bounced around from doctor to doctor. She is actually one of the rudest employees at this practice next to the two receptionist who always have an attitude and make smart remarks. This is the worst obgyn office that I’ve ever been to.

Dr. Elmore is very knowledgeable, understanding and great at making her patience feel comfortable.

I’m currently writing this as I’ve been waiting over 45min. This is my third time seeing her the first time was my 6 weeks check up. I sat waiting in the exam room for 1hour night 35 mins before I was seen. my second time I waited 45 mins, this is ridiculous to have patients waiting this long, no one has came to check on me nor has anyone in any other visits I don’t understand why schedule appointments if I still have to wait 1-2hours to be seen.
