Jennifer Dupree, APRN

Was scheduled by Norton with this provider. I arrived on time, and they didn't seem busy. Took me back fairly quickly, and I noticed that there were several empty rooms. I thought I would be seen quickly then. around 25 minutes later, the APRN comes in and barely makes eye contact. She seemed uninterested in my problem. When she went to do a physical exam, she barely put her hands on my neck or upper back. Absolute no concern. Sent me home with some meds that did nothing. After seeing another Doctor for second opinion, that Doctor stated the dose of meds I was taking, is what they would give an 80 year old woman. I'm a 50 year old man. Then I get a bill from Norton where they billed my insurance for a 1 hour appt. $558. What?? I was in the exam room 19 minutes, I timed it. Absolutely PATHETIC care and service shame on her and Norton.

Went to see Jennifer and had MRI never got results - several emails calls , finally after 15 days. I even dropped off the results and disc. NOT PROFESSIONAL

Have a nerve bundle bulging in the base of my spine - this proven through MRIs from her own affiliated hospital. This causes severe pain. Dupree says it's just deteriorating spinal tissue, go see a physical therapist. She says it's "normal at [my] age". Yes. A certain degree of spinal compaction IS normal. But a bulging nerve bundle being pinched at the base of one's spine is NOT. Will NEVER see this woman for medical consult ever again!

Jennifer Dupree was extremely nice, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. She made me feel better about the cause for my pain and activated an immediate plan. I will definitely recommend her, assistant Candace and the X-ray staff. They all made me feel good about my visit.

The worst medical service ever provided. I recommend that anyone in pain find someone who actually cares. Jennifer treats patients like they are beneath her.
