I was referred to this office when I started my search for my 1st hearing aids. During our 10 minute meeting I was given a manufacturer's pamphlet describing the models available and Ms. Dionne wrote down the prices. Ms. Dionne then sent a bill for the "exam" to the tune of $150! I shopped with 3 other providers, 2 were Audiologists, and NONE tried to charge for the visit. This is an outrageous abuse of an elderly person with a disability! DO NOT see Ms. Dionne, save yourself the expense.
