I contacted Ms. Deyne over the phone to set up treatment. I explained to her my condition and she agreed to treat me. I sent her over my health insurance information and she was going to get back with me after she contacted them. So she basically ghosted me. I expect more especially for someone in her line of work. I have in the past been referred by other mental health providers who felt that they didn't have the skills or experience to treat me, or even reconsidered after think about my issues. All OF THEM, either spoke with me in person, on the phone , or at the very least sent me an email explaining the situation and usually offering referrals. I also don't like that she got my personal health history from me and quite possibly discussed it with my health insurance so now they have a record of it. I thought very carefully before deciding to use my insurance benefits to see a provider and I definitely wouldn't have shared my details with Ms. Deyne if I knew that this was how
