Provider made me feel like I did not need to see a doctor, like I was wasting her time. She seemed impatient when I asked for treatment.

Felt rushed, did not discuss options, risks or benefits

Jen seems like a lovely person, but I felt that she was more of a "hammer looking for a nail" kind of provider rather than a curious investigator type. In the case of this visit, I needed someone curious. It's a week out now and I still don't know what's wrong with me, how to fix it or where to go. That's a terrible feeling after handpicking a specialist that I thought would help me figure this out.

Her manner was easy and professional.

As I was being seen for a minor issue, I feel that everything I was suggested was standard, but since it was my first time with a GI specialist, I had to look up some terms afterwards.

Jennifer was very easy to work with. She is obviously a well trained and experienced medical professional.

The provider asked too few questions about my condition bm before planning. Examples, said I should use a squatty potty, yet never asked if I had one of currently used one - which I already do, said to sleep inclined, yet never asked how I slept - already do that. Much of the session went thus way. She was interested in my problem, just not me, as a person with thus problem. Her plan for problem has lots of good ideas, but most left me out in the planning because I already do most of those things to help myself, but she never asked to find out. I did not feel seen or felt considered in the process. So I'd her ideas are general and don't consider me and my experiences why would I trust or follow her suggestions since they might not relate to me since she did not consider me In the planning, just considered the problem. Or I have already been tried etc.

Her ability to detail in the chart great but her demeanor was a c....in an A being great. Seemed agitated. I wouldnt want to see her again.

Was an excellent experience. My concerns were taken seriously.

I really liked the PA that I saw. She listened to me and addressed all of my concerns. She consulted with the Liver Specialist about some test results that I had received from another practice and ordered more testing. She addressed all of my problems quickly and made sure I was getting the help I need. I really appreciate her.

Good experience

I came with details of how I would approach the next procedure. The PA took my info and entered all info. I came up with the plan with no suggestions from PA. I don't believe she knew anything about diabetes. I asked if they have experienced other issues with diabetics, she didn't know. I know she did the best she could, but I was hoping she would have suggestions for how to address my concerns. She did not have any.

Jennifer Dewing PAC was outstanding. I feel like I hit the jackpot after meeting with her.
