I have worked with Dr. Jennifer for years! I began having my hearing tested as a precaution, I was having some other sinus issues, but discovered a loss on my left side, which I was only noticing as ringing in my ear. When Jennifer performed my hearing test and programmed a hearing aid for me to try, I was shocked! Hearing is one of those very personal things, and I had never realized how the loss I have was affecting me. I Have been happily wearing my aid for over a year, I notice the buzzing is much better! It will never go away but with consistent use, it is notably better. Jennifer has never pressured me, tried to upsell me when I expressed what my price point was, and generally was very kind, professional, and trustworthy. I have an aunt with some mental challenges who I brought to Jennifer, she was kind considerate with my aunt's special needs, and my aunt even ended up purchasing aids down the road herself. Seriously cannot recommend Jennifer Dessel enough!

I actually came to see Dr. Dessel years ago for help with hearing aids I had actually gotten from another audiologist.... I was told that the current pair I had were as strong as they could go and that I needed new aids. The aids were only 3 years old and so I went to Dr. Dessel for a second opinion. She did an assessment and was able to re-program them to help me hear more than I had been! She could have easily told me the same as the other audiologist and try to get more money from us for a new pair of hearing aids. But, she was honest and straight forward with us, which is rare these days! Her honesty is why we ended up back in her office a few years later when it was time for a new set of hearing aids!!! Dr. Dessel spent time making sure I was happy and hearing at the most optimal level! She is kind, compassionate, genuine and above all professional!! I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of hearing aids or assistance with their current hearing aids!!!
