Jennifer Daigle is an excellent therapist.

Jennifer is a great therapist. I have been seeing her for over a year now. She has helped me see patterns in my life and to be more thoughtful in my daily interactions with my spouse and at work. She is very welcoming and brings an insightful approach to our time together. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone. On a side note, she not only takes my insurance but files it as well, so I only have to pay my copay which relieves quite a burden from me.

I have been seeing Jennifer Daigle on a regular basis for years. She helped me navigate a difficult divorce as well as rebuild my life afterward. I consistently tell people that she's the best therapist in Western North Carolina...by far!

I was a client of Ms. Daigle for several years. During this time, we worked on many issues. However, Ms. Daigle seemed to tire of my issues. During our time, I was counseled to become more passive in many areas of my life, including important choices about my family and my body. Once I found a trauma-informed therapist, I actually began to make progress. Clearly, I still “play the victim” sometimes, but I would advise anyone whose problems are resulting from any kind of trauma to keep looking. Being told not to argue but not being helped to develop skills to set, communicate, and maintain boundaries is not helpful. Neither is being told “I told you so.” Ultimately, by following Ms. Daigle’s suggestions, I repeatedly retraumatized myself, believing I was supposed to ignore my needs in the name of keeping peace.
