Does not listen well and is impolite. Continued to offer services after I said I had already received them from other care providers. I had been a patient of the practice for 18 years, with regular visits and labs for the whole time. She would not follow the pattern of 1-year refills. Determined my lack of interest in continuing to engage was aggressive - instead of having to do with her disregard. I'm not coming back EVER. Cherry on top was the attempt to charge me a specialist fee for her nurse practitioner services in a Primary health practice. Never in 18 years was my co-pay different than the PCP fee. Insurance was stymied by the fee. Practice claimed it was an insurance issue -- Nope.

Jennifer advised against my experimental solutions to sleeping and feeling better, which were contrarily affecting my hydration and digestion. She recommended solutions which are much more effective w/o negative side effects. Jennifer also relates to a female's anatomy and life stages. As I approached menopause, Jennifer's knowledge helped me understand what I was experiencing and how to cope (without using hormones!). Jennifer's compassion also helped me through emotional stress and their impact on our health. After the passing of my father, Jennifer recognized that I was experiencing depression and helped me find solutions to cope. Thank you Jennifer!!

She demonstrated no concern for me as a patient and had little regard for medical ethics. She treated high blood pressure as an inconvenience and a problem that didn't warrant immediate action. Disappointing and a poor reflection on her profession.
