My son had his first visit over a month ago and was to see this therapist again in 2 weeks. Made the appointment for them to call me the day of the appointment and cancel the appointment, due to Jennifer not being in the office after a certain time. Needless to say I had to reschedule the appointment to wait another 2 weeks and now the same issue. The office is calling me once again stating they have earlier appointments and Jennifer would not be in at the time my appointment was set.
