Kind caring and knowledgeable
Our pre-teen child struggled with anger and negative self-talk that would spiral so bad we were at a loss for how to help. Our pediatrician recommended Jennifer Belmont, and she was a blessing. She helped our child identify feelings and develop tools to stop the spirals and adjust behavior to effectively cope with tough situations. Jennifer is kind, gentle, and a skilled practitioner. She has been a blessing to our family.
