Chronically ill stay away
I have been seeing her for a handful of years now and have never felt truly heard. I have autoimmune issues, lots of debilitating symptoms and she has never believed me. She treats me like a hypochondriac, ignores and never addresses symptoms, meanwhile my body is deteriorating. When I’m the office for my annual, I tried to bring up some problems I was having and was told I needed to come back for a sick visit to talk about it. What is the point of an annual if not to discuss issues? Thanks to her I now have medical PTSD and sob at each appointment b/c of how unheard I feel. It has been extremely distressing. If you are chronically ill, avoid at all costs. Staff has always been very nice and helpful though.

Patient, Thorough, Approachable
Jen has been my PCP for almost 2 years now. She is patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and approachable. I am usually able to get same day or next day appointments for sick visits. She offers both in person and telehealth visits which is super convenient with my busy schedule. The best part is Jen listens and encourages me to be an active participant in my care. She presents the options for treatment and always abides by my wishes in my care (which treatment paths/meds). I would very much recommend Jen to anyone seeking her services.
