Jennifer was a great therapist. She was be able to help me through my anxiety, depression, and existential anguish in an open and non-judgemental way. She was able to provide me with a variety of coping mechanisms and worked with me to build up the ones specific to my personality. Jenn was not only flexible to my everchanging schedule, but also adaptable to my numerous issues, always offering me a helpful perspective. She helped me through multiple life changes, and I've grown a ton as a person with her help. I would recommend Jenn to anyone seeking help with their mental health.

Jennifer has been an exceptional therapist over the years. She is caring and understanding, and patient. She has been tremendously helpful in helping me to deal with my anxiety and depression issues with warmth and comfort. I first started meeting with Jennifer when my father unexpectedly passed, I figured I would meet with her a few times to help with grief. It has now been three years, and I can tell you that she has helped me with every aspect of life. I meet with her as needed for any topic that I need help sorting through emotions. I can always count on her for non-judgmental advice and decision making. She has taught me techniques to use to help between sessions. They have truly been life changing suggestions (and nothing I could have come up with by googling help). I feel that each time I talk to her she truly listens. I can count on her to easily recall past conversations and can help suggest based on those as well. I have recommended her to countless friends who also share the same opinion of her helpfulness across the board. I have witnessed her passion for helping others. She has found what she was meant to do in life, and she certainly excels!!

I started seeing her when I was 25, in an unhealthy relationship that affected my relationship with my fam & unhappy at work, too. Jenn listens, she's empathetic, genuine, flexible & within 2 yrs she has helped me find my voice, speak my truth, be empowered & happier now more than ever. the relationships I need have evolved, the ones I didn't deserve, dissolve. When I first came to Jen I was very depressed and had no confidence working in the entertainment industry where rejection was common. From the minute we met I knew my life was about to change. 2 years later I am happy to report that I am happy and healthy again. Jen has an energy to her that is calming and the problems I faced with her guidance melted away and I took control of my life. She is such a dream come true! She has taught me how to listen too and now I use my art for social justice!

Jennifer and I have been meeting about 5 yrs now. She's great with my children who will come with me sometimes and it feels like we are just going to see a friend! She doesn't make you feel judged or belittled in the slightest and you don't feel like a Dr is just staring at the clock waiting to be done with you. Sadly, our sessions have ended because I moved and I know if I ever go back to therapy sessions in my new area, I Will hold the new therapist to a very high expectation! She's the best!

Jennifer makes sure to listen very closely and she always gives great feedback. I have been working with her for 4 years and she remembers everything that i've told her. Her office space is great. It's nice and clean and the couch is very comfortable. Jennifer is great at scheduling appointments, and will always be willing to schedule an appointment ASAP if needed.

Jennifer is extremely kind hearted, and her advice is positive and courteous to any sort of situation or problem that you are having.

Jennifer has cared for my daughter with great results. She works hard to get my daughter in for an urgent appointment. She's been able to guide us through an otherwise unmanageable process. We totally trust her and my daughter would never want to see anyone else. She has guided us through the medical and emotional process and is warmly straightforward about the needed changes. She has been able to keep my child thinking more positively than negatively and for our household that's a win-win!
