I visited Urban Eye Care for an eye infection. Dr Andrews said she would call in my prescription to my pharmacy. 4 days passed and they still said they didn't receive it. I tried calling multiple times but the receptionist said that Dr Andrews still had my chart on her desk and was "working on it." So negligent!!!!
