Jenna is an incredible therapist who is deeply caring, attentive, knowledgable, and clear in how she communicates. I worked with Jenna for 6 months and was able to work through understanding my emotions and thoughts real-time, rewiring my thinking to stay in a regulated state, managing my anxiety, and learning more about how being an adoptee has impacted how my brain and body is wired. I was specifically looking for a therapist who has worked with people who are adopted as I think it fosters a better experience when they 'just get it' -- and Jenna did exactly that. I highly recommend working with her!

She really listens to concerns and creates comfortable environmenr for her clients. She offers support and sound advice. I have made so much progress to better my life with her help. I worked with Jenna for a year after my mother passed away during the pandemic, so all of our sessions were over Zoom. Some Zoom appointments feel impersonal or rushed. But I never felt that way about my sessions with Jenna. She was very invested in me, and provided useful strategies for dealing with my grief, as well as other skills to help me with feeling overwhelmed. She reminded me that it's never selfish to take care of myself. I am very appreciative and would recommend her 100% to anyone else looking for counseling on any issue.
