She did not have great bedside manners. She was condescending and dismissed my health history. Was not receptive to my knowledge of my own body, experience, or health care knowledge. Not a great experience and would like to never see this HCP again.

Slight dizziness when laying down due to BPPV. I requested earwax removal (in BOTH ears..) but she only blew some air quickly in my left ear and then rushed me out. Wanted to discuss another issue about soreness in my nose but didn't even get the chance. I thought we were walking to the next exam room (she mentioned hearing test), but she drops me off at checkout and sends me on my way.. Turns out I would've had to schedule the hearing test for 3 months out. Pass. Also tried to sign me up for physical therapy when neither are needed for my issue. Waste of time, and then to add insult to injury, they want a co-pay after.. $$$$ There should be cases where the copay isn't required, for example when they do almost nothing to help. It would've been nice if she had waived it, and then I probably wouldn't be writing this negative review. But to charge me for wasting my time.. That is only asking for a low rating!
